A xmas poem (by The $2 Philosopher)

Niether Xmas nor the insipid music do I like.
I DO NOT want a brand new bike
I don't like snow I detest elves
I'll show where to shove your silver bells

I hope you've been naughty,  and that's because
 I just MURDERED santa claus
So there'll be no roasting Chester's nasty nuts
And no black cake for your enormous butts

We live in the blasted tropics here
It's too damned hot for yuletide cheer
Or decking halls ...and Xmas white?
I do declare that SCROOGE was right!!!

It really really is so sad
that in the end he went quite MAD!!!
But though he went mad I shall not
Don't plague me with your xmas rot!!!!

 Nala (the $2 Philosopher)

PS.  All I've said above is very well
But I still have xmas things to sell

For while the masses celebrate
The cynic merchants peculate!

(not an entirely correct use of the word
but it rhymes   :)

     The $2 Philosopher!

The $2 Philosopher is a devout cynic and practicing curmudgeon! He believes whole-heartedly in change, not as a result of social will but rather as an inevitable consequence of the passage of time.
